  • Salt as per the taste
Making of Nutritious Garlic Naan:

1. To make this Nutritious Garlic Naan, take a bowl and add whole wheat flour, soya flour, curd, soda bicarbonate, garlic, oil, salt. Mix well and then add little water. Mix again and knead into a soft.

2. Once you are done kneading the dough, cover it with a damp cloth and set aside for 45 minutes. The dough for Naan is ready. After 45 minutes, take the dough and divide it into small portions. Make sure that the portion is big enough to roll into a dough.

3. Now, take the pressure cooker and grease the insides of it with some oil. Switch on the gas and heat the pressure cooker. Don’t cover it with a lid. Meanwhile, take one portion of the dough and roll into the Naan.

4. Now, apply little water on one side of the Naan. By now, the pressure cooker must be hot. Take the Naan gently in your hands and stick it around the insides of the pressure cooker. Make sure that you stick the wet Naan on the insides of the pressure cooker.

5. Cook the Naan until you see the brown spots on the Naan. Once the brown spots start appearing, the Naan will automatically peel off.

6. In the same way, use the remaining dough and prepare all the Naans. You can make 3 to 4 Naans at a time. Once the yummy Garlic Naans are ready, add a dollop of butter over it and serve them hot.
